Job summary

Synechron is seeking a detailed and experienced Senior .Net Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software within our Charlotte, NC team. The role focuses on building scalable .NET APIs, microservices, and data-driven features in a fast-paced Agile environment.

You will mentor peers, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve deployment and maintenance processes. The position emphasizes strong C#, .NET Core/6/8, SQL, and EF/LINQ expertise, with hands-on experience in

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with microservice architecture and containerized application design (5+ years).
• Hands-on experience with project setup, schema creation, development of queries, documents and dashboard.
• Experience with .NET API for backend API development.
• Excellent skills in C#, .Net Core/.Net 6/8 and above, SQL and database performance tuning, Entity Framework, LINQ.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development in writing integration, acceptance, and unit tests (5+ years).
• Experience with AI implementation.
• Experience with CICD pipeline, Jenkins is preferred.
• Experience with Git is required.
• Experience with Docker container and Kubernetes is required.
• Experience in Banking, Finance and Trading domain.
• Experience with Azure and AWS is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
