Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Senior/Lead .NET Fullstack Developer in Glen Allen, VA to design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using .NET, Angular, and Azure. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive solutions from concept through deployment.

Qualified candidates will have strong .NET and Angular experience, Azure proficiency, and solid leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
.NET (Core and Framework) development experience.
Angular (v14+) experience.
Hands-on with Azure cloud services.
RESTful API design and integration.
Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL.
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development and architecture of fullstack applications with .NET and Angular.
Design scalable cloud-based solutions on Azure.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers.
Code, review, and enforce best practices.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to team members.
Deploy and manage applications in Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, SQL DB).
Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Maintain documentation and ensure code quality via testing and reviews.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
