Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Senior .NET Developer in Charlotte, NC to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The role requires hands-on work with .NET Core, React/TypeScript, SQL Server, and modern tooling in an Agile setting.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong architecture sense, and experience with microservices, cloud (Azure/AWS), and CI/CD. The position offers competitive base pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with microservice architecture and containerized applications (5+ years).
• Hands-on with project setup, schema creation, queries, and dashboards.
• Experience with .NET API backend development.
• Frontend frameworks like React/Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript (3+ years).
• Strong C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/8+, SQL, EF, and LINQ.
• Experience with TDD and unit/integration testing (5+ years).
• Experience with AI implementation.
• Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins preferred).
• Git version control experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Azure and AWS exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed architectural solutions for web applications using .NET 8+ and React/TypeScript.
• Establish development standards, version control, QA, deployment and change management processes.
• Work in an Agile environment with developers, sysadmins, and business users.
• Deliver technical designs and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Independently solve complex problems and optimize application architecture.
