Job summary
Synechron is seeking a senior .Net Developer to design, develop and deploy robust software across scalable architectures. You will work within an Agile team to deliver high-quality backend services and data-driven applications.
The role requires deep knowledge of C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, SQL, and EF, with 5+ years in API development and 1+ year with Docker/Kubernetes. The Charlotte, NC base offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Software Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Experience with microservice architecture and containerized application design (5+ years)
- Experience with .NET API for backend API development (5+ years)
- Excellent skills in C#, .Net Core/.Net 6/8 and above, SQL and EF, LINQ (5+ years)
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (5+ years)
- Experience with AI implementation (2+ years)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred)
- Experience with Git (5+ years)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (1+ year)
- Banking/Finance/Trading domain experience
- Azure/AWS preferred
Responsibilities
- Establish development standards and best practices.
- Work in an Agile environment with developers, admins, and business users.
- Assist developers to solve technical problems.
- Provide solutions for architecture improvements.
- Translate requirements from product owners into technical designs.
- Independently solve complex problems.
- Perform code reviews and mentor peers.
