Job summary

Synechron, a global consulting firm, seeks an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise apps with .NET Core/.NET 8, C#, Angular, and AI components.

You'll build RESTful APIs, microservices, and AI-powered applications using Python, LangGraph, LangChain, and LLMs, while leveraging Azure OpenAI and cloud services. This on-site role based in Charlotte, NC offers competitive compensation and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML and backend development.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and LLM integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, API Gateway, and Event-Driven Design.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with authentication and security frameworks such as OAuth2, JWT, and Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core/.NET 8, C#, and Angular.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Web Services.
• Develop AI-powered applications using Python, LangGraph, LangChain, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Design and implement multi-agent workflows, AI orchestration, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms and business applications.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Work with cloud-native services on Azure including App Services, Functions, Azure OpenAI, Storage, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
