Aquent Talent connects top talent with leading brands. We are partnering with a premier financial services firm to hire a Senior .NET/C# Developer to lead the design and development of a mission-critical Authentication platform that safeguards user identities.

In a fast-paced Agile environment, you will mentor engineers, drive architecture, and collaborate with product owners to deliver secure, scalable software releases on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years hands‑on application programming and/or test automation in Agile environments.
• Expertise in server‑side API development with C# and .NET.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of organizational software products through QA, UAT, and Production phases.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure on-schedule delivery within budget.
• Provide accurate development sizing and cost estimates with the Scrum Master and Product Owner.
• Decompose stories, design features, and prioritize tasks with team members.
• Utilize test automation and TDD to maintain quality.
• Support IAM systems and authentication between internal and external systems.
• Mentor junior developers and drive adoption of technical innovations across teams.
• Coordinate team deliverables for successful product releases.
