Job summary

The role focuses on protecting client interactions and fortifying online experiences while collaborating with diverse teams and external partners.

You will drive feature lifecycles, craft roadmaps, and lead discovery to deliver robust security solutions that strengthen client trust and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Proven product management experience in online security, authentication, fraud prevention, and/or digital identity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies.
• Experience with user testing and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lifecycle of product features and client journeys for secure access.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap to guide group initiatives.
• Lead product discovery with UX, tech, and business partners.
• Define detailed product stories with acceptance criteria and coordinate delivery.
• Leverage data and research to understand customers and drive experiments.
• Engage vendors to support platforms and coordinate upgrades.
• Research new technologies for digital channels and security enhancements.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations with monitoring.
