Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET (6+ / ASP.NET Core).
• Strong background in distributed systems and backend architecture (microservices or modular monoliths).
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Healthcare or regulated environments experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own scalable, secure backend services and APIs using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Architect data ingestion, processing, and storage pipelines for high-frequency sensor data.
• Lead technical design for services, data models, messaging, and scalability decisions.
• Design and optimize relational and time-series stores (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cosmos DB) and data modelling.
• Build event-driven workflows with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka.
• Integrations with HL7/FHIR and hospital systems.
• Ensure reliability: logging, monitoring, alerting, tracing, on-call readiness.
• Develop cloud infra, containers, and CI/CD for safe releases.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, and mobile teams.
