Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Engineer to deliver high-quality web applications, dashboards, and backend services in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will collaborate with engineering, data, product and DevOps teams to build modern interfaces and integrate backend systems, including AI capabilities.

You will bring 5+ years of full stack development, strong frontend and backend experience, cloud skills, and familiarity with data streaming and healthcare data standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience.
• 3+ years with modern frontend frameworks and data visualization libraries.
• 3+ years with backend development and API design.
• Strong hands-on experience integrating applications with relational and NoSQL databases and ORMs.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms.
• Experience integrating AI APIs into software features.
• Familiarity with healthcare data and HIPAA compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality web applications, interactive dashboards, and backend integration services.

• Embed AI capabilities into our application ecosystem and ensure robust data handling.
