WellSky Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our healthcare technology teams. You will build scalable backend and frontend features, work across microservices, and ensure high performance for large-scale transactional workloads.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, while embracing AI-assisted development practices to improve quality and productivity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience across distributed backend systems and modern frontend frameworks is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and design scalable software features across architectures (microservices, DDD/CQRS, event-driven).
• Collaborate with managers, designers, and peers to translate requirements into specs.
• Analyze bottlenecks and optimize large-scale transactional processing.
• Facilitate code reviews and promote rigorous testing and modern practices.
• Leverage AI tools to improve decision-making, code quality, and productivity.
