Benifex is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to help shape our platform and engineering growth. You will lead backend design, build scalable services, and drive architectural decisions across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive backend experience with C#.NET and .NET Core for scalable systems.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerisation for modern infra.
• Experience with microservices, CQRS and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on with Pub/Sub, distributed transactions (MSDTC), and Redis caching.
• Proven ability to set up CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
• Solid performance tuning, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional, remote teams, including Java Spring Boot engineers.
• Proactive problem solver with focus on technical excellence and clean code.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable backend for Benefits product using C#.NET and .NET Core.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements and drive architecture.
• Modernise systems with microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud-native practices.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
• Advocate for best practices in coding and architecture.
• Work with remote teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Collaborate with Java Spring Boot engineers for integration.
