Integra Partners is seeking a .NET Software leader to drive design, development, and evolution of our healthcare technology platform. You will provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.

You will lead architectural decisions, deliver scalable cloud-native solutions, and foster a culture of excellence in software engineering while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong development experience in web development using ASP.NET MVC, C#.
• Strong understanding of Functional and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure SQL Server or other relational databases with strong SQL development and debugging skills.
• Experience with RESTful APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native applications.
• Define and enforce software engineering standards and best practices.
• Drive adoption of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Develop and maintain high-performance .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Build containerized, cloud-based services (Azure/Kubernetes).
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and guide execution.
