You will lead modernization efforts, enable real-time data capture, and drive secure, scalable development practices across the team.

The role emphasizes mentoring, DevSecOps, and AI-enabled automation as part of a broad digital transformation, with collaboration across cross‑functional partners in a large energy enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field; 5+ years IT experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience with enterprise integrations using REST APIs, Azure services, and modern integration patterns.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/C#/ .NET, JSON; extending Power Platform with custom APIs and Dataverse plug-ins.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, ALM, CI/CD, DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software engineering efforts on a digital transformation program.
• Contribute to engineering strategy and roadmaps; design scalable solutions.
• Code, debug, test, and troubleshoot across moderately to highly complex projects.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in Power Platform and cloud engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture and implementation.
