Job summary

TireHub is seeking a Technical Lead, .NET/Middleware to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of high-volume API and middleware solutions that power TireHub’s customer connectivity platform. You will coordinate internal and offshore resources, drive technical strategy, and ensure secure, high-performance services using .NET Core and middleware patterns.

You will report to the Software Development Manager, Core Systems, and collaborate with architecture, product, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / MIS or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing middleware, APIs, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Defines and implements architectural standards and best practices for .NET API and Middleware platforms.
• Ensures platform security, performance, scalability, and operational stability.
• Designs and implements business process automation using .NET microservices and integration services.
• Oversees API lifecycle management, including maintenance and third-level (senior) technical support.
• Leads, mentors, and develops a team of internal Developers and Senior Developers to achieve business objectives.
• Manages day-to-day delivery and priorities for an offshore .NET API development team across multiple initiatives.
• Partners with architecture, product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
