Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development with leadership experience.
• Experience managing enterprise applications in production environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of application developers and technical professionals.
• Establish performance expectations and support employee growth through regular feedback and development planning.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.
• Coordinate work assignments, priorities, and resource planning.
• Participate in software design, development, code review, testing, deployment, and support.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural direction for application enhancements and modernization.
• Review code quality, development standards, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and assist with technical problem resolution.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and development tools.
• Lead application development through all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Oversee project execution, scope management, scheduling, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure applications emphasize security, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Lead and support Incident Management activities and production issue resolution.
• Facilitate Problem Management, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention strategies.
• Oversee Change Management activities and minimize business disruption.
• Partner with Technical Operations, Infrastructure, Security, and Support teams.
• Monitor application health and key performance metrics.
• Support production environments and provide leadership during high-priority incidents and outages.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with development, security, and operational standards.
• Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and business continuity requirements.
