Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Angular/.NET Systems Software Programmer to modernize enterprise financial and HR applications. You will focus on Angular frontend development, backend integrations, and CI/CD automation while supporting legacy modernization efforts.

The role requires experience with Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, and SQL Server. A government-project background and strong DevOps skills are highly valued. Hybrid work arrangement offered in Columbia, SC.

Qualifications

• Experience refactoring legacy enterprise applications.
• Experience with enterprise system modernization initiatives.
• State or Federal Government experience.
• Experience developing modern web applications using Angular and PrimeNG.
• Experience building RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Microsoft SQL Server experience including database design, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated deployments, and environment troubleshooting.
• Experience with manual and automated testing across the software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Angular and modern software engineering practices.
• Design and support RESTful API integrations using ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Refactor legacy applications and contribute to enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
• Perform unit, integration, regression, and automated testing throughout the SDLC.
• Support production deployments, system upgrades, and platform improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
