Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Generation OT Compliance Engineer to enforce NERC CIP and O&P standards for medium and low impact BES cyber systems.

The role requires interpreting industrial DCS/SCADA assets and coordinating audits and drills while ensuring cross-functional alignment across Power and IT groups. The candidate will develop technical understanding of generation regulatory rules and lead corrective actions, with strong communication skills to present findings and proposals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5 years technical experience or related engineering experience.
• Maintains minimum access requirements and favorable medical examination/testing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of generation NERC regulatory rules and participate in forums.
• Implement NERC Standards, CIP and O&P programs for BES Cyber Systems; patching and vulnerability assessments as needed.
• Review documentation to verify compliance against NERC Standards and measures.
• Communicate technical information to team through reports and proposals.
• Participate in compliance audits and cyber drills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure future compliance.
