Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners seeks a Senior Compliance Analyst for our Fort Worth, TX team. The role ensures adherence to NERC Operations and Planning Reliability Standards, Nodal Protocols, and related operating guides and reports.

The candidate will coordinate with internal teams and regulators, develop audit evidence, and monitor controls to meet compliance requirements. 2+ years for Level 2, 5+ years for Level Senior, with a Bachelor’s in a related field and CCEP/NERC certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify compliance risks and craft solutions.
• Ability to monitor and report on compliance with requirements using established methods.
• Strong liaison capabilities between staff, regulators, and auditors.
• Experience with collecting, organizing, and presenting evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Identify compliance risks and develop effective solutions.
• Monitor compliance using established tools and report findings.
• Advise process owners to improve processes and compliance posture.
• Assist with remediation of issues from audits and investigations.
• Prepare documentation for external audits and maintain control evidence.
• Coordinate audits with NERC, Texas RE, and other regulators.
