TekWissen Group seeks an Operations and Planning Compliance professional to ensure adherence to NERC standards, Nodal Protocols, and related regulatory documents. You will collaborate with internal teams to assess controls, perform remediation, and prepare documentation for external audits.

Role involves coordinating with regulators and clients, maintaining internal control mappings, and leveraging Archer GRC for monitoring. Strong data analysis and communication with stakeholders are essential.

Formación

• Two years of related work experience for Level 2.
• Five years of related work experience for Senior level.
• Experience with NERC Operations and Planning Reliability Standards preferred.
• Experience with Client Nodal Protocols, Operating Guides, and Other Binding Documents preferred.
• Experience with Bulk Electric System (BES) operations and planning preferred.
• Experience with NERC compliance monitoring activities preferred.
• Experience developing RSAWs and audit evidence packages preferred.
• Experience supporting Texas Reliability Entity and/or NERC audits preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Cognos, Python or other data analysis platforms preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to independently identify compliance risks and develop effective solutions.
• Utilize compliance methods and tools to monitor, assess, and report compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a resource to advise process owners on improving compliance posture and operational processes.
• Work with assigned groups to develop, implement, and manage operational reports documenting and demonstrating compliance performance.
• Assist business process owners with remediation efforts resulting from audits, compliance investigations, and control assessments.
• Prepare Client staff and documentation for NERC, Texas RE, and other external audits.
• Maintain documentation of business processes and related internal controls.
• Participate in audits as required.
• Develop and maintain analytical documentation comparing current and revised NERC standards, client protocols and policies.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts regarding assigned standards.
