Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience preparing environmental assessments for regulatory audiences (e.g., CWA 404, ESA 10, NEPA).
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, planning, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communications skills; independent research and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and author environmental assessments and support documentation for regulatory consultation (e.g., Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments, EISs, Habitat Conservation Plans, Biological Assessments).
• Manage projects: stakeholder/client engagement, budgets, schedules, deliverable quality, and reporting.
• Prepare for meetings with clients, stakeholders, and regulators; develop proposals and identify growth areas for the Environmental Group.
