Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a NEPA Project Manager in Arlington, VA, to lead environmental analyses in our DOE program. You will manage NEPA projects end-to-end, including authoring major documents and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of NEPA project management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain/maintain security clearance. This role focuses on complex energy and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• NEPA project management experience (10+ years) and team leadership.
• DOE experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in technical contexts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead NEPA projects from kickoff to final deliverables.
• Author NEPA documents (EAs, EISs, SWEIS, SA, EA).
• Develop project schedules and labor plans; manage budgets.
• Coordinate with DOE/NNSA and internal teams; deliver quality analyses.
