Job summary

Spectro Cloud is seeking a Senior NeoCloud Sales Director to own go-to-market with NeoClouds and GPU-as-a-Service providers. You’ll drive direct and co-sell motions, build executive relationships, and shape commercial constructs to make Spectro Cloud the default control plane for NeoClouds.

You will craft joint GTM plans, negotiate multi-year agreements, and manage bookings/ARR targets while traveling up to 40% to engage with executives across top cloud hubs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI infrastructure sales with enterprise closes.
• Experience selling to NeoClouds or GPU cloud operators.
• Multi-year commercial constructs (OEM, embed, revenue share).
• Consistent record of meeting $3M+ annual quota in AI infra/cloud.
• Strong understanding of AI infra stack: GPUs, Kubernetes, multi-tenancy, bare metal.
• Executive presence and written communication to C-level buyers.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including international travel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of named NeoCloud and GPU-as-a-Service accounts end to end; pipeline, exec alignment, deal strategy, negotiation.
• Sell TO NeoClouds — Spectro Cloud as the Kubernetes/AI platform powering their GPU fleet; sell THROUGH NeoClouds — embedded products in their offerings.
• Build joint GTM plans with each partner: reference architectures, marketplace listings, co-branded SKUs, shared demand gen.
• Land and expand multi-year agreements — OEM, embed, revenue share, consumption models with bookings and ARR targets.
• Serve as executive point of contact into NeoCloud leaders; relay feedback to product/engineering.
• Shape roadmap and reference architectures with product/solutions teams (multi-tenancy, GPU scheduling, inference at scale).
• Forecast in Salesforce; achieve quota with quarterly linearity; participate in industry events.
