Job summary

Lumen is seeking a senior sales leader to drive NeoCloud revenue growth across strategic accounts in the United States. You will develop market and account strategies, expand customer relationships, and create new business opportunities that move the business forward while partnering across customers, partners, and internal teams.

You will build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales organization, coach teams, set objectives, and ensure accurate forecasts and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 8+ years of sales and sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading sales teams and revenue growth.
• Experience in strategic account planning, forecasting, negotiations, and business development.
• Strong consultative selling and account management skills.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate sales professionals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• History of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and market growth strategies to increase NeoCloud revenue and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to uncover new opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with clear objectives.
• Develop account plans, forecasts, and pipelines to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Execute sales initiatives including territory planning and go-to-market execution.
• Oversee sales management processes like opportunity management and performance tracking.
• Manage business performance to meet revenue, margin, and expense targets.
• Foster collaboration, accountability and customer focus aligned with company values.
