Job summary

You will partner with commodity managers, coach teams, and champion digital innovation to improve end-to-end negotiation processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of high-stakes negotiation experience in strategic procurement or sales.
• Strong understanding of negotiation principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and networking skills within a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commodity managers to develop and implement negotiation strategies.
• Lead negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Establish a negotiation competence hub across the organization.
• Define and shape targets and outcomes for negotiations.
• Coach and train procurement teams on best practices.
