Job summary

NEP Group Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer – Audio & Intercom to design, integrate, deploy, and support complex audio, intercom, and media systems used in live sports, entertainment, broadcast, and large‑scale productions.

The role blends hands-on engineering, field deployment, and client‑facing technical leadership across audio, intercom, IP networking, video, RF, fiber, routing, and control systems to deliver reliable, scalable production solutions.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of professional audio, intercom, and broadcast infrastructure.
Experience in designing, integrating, and commissioning complex live production systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and signal-flow diagrams.

Responsibilities

Design and engineer audio, intercom, communications, and broadcast infrastructure for complex live productions.
Translate production requirements into system architectures, equipment specs, and deployment plans.
Configure, integrate, commission, and troubleshoot audio consoles, intercom matrices, DSP, routing, and networked media systems.
Lead or support shop builds, testing, deployment, and on-site operation for live events.
Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting and technical leadership during productions.
