Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Senior Operations Research Analyst to lead advanced analytical efforts supporting NC3 modernization at Offutt AFB, NE. You will guide MBSE model development across ArcherEye, Veracity, Cameo, and MagicDraw, ensure model fidelity, and drive mission-impact assessment.

You will mentor junior staff, prepare technical reports for stakeholders, and collaborate with DoD customers on system-of-systems analysis and risk evaluation.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (math/engineering/OR/physical science/data science).
10+ years of doD/war mission experience in operations research or systems engineering.
Extensive MBSE modeling with ArcherEye/Veracity/Cameo/MagicDraw.
Experience leading modeling, simulation, and analytical assessments addressing mission-level effects.

Responsibilities

Lead advanced analytical efforts supporting NC3 modernization and MBSE modeling.
Define use cases, validate models, and manage cross-functional technical exchanges.
Produce high-quality technical reports and briefings for senior leadership.
Mentor junior team members and advance MBSE/digital-engineering capabilities.
