Job summary

CyberCoders, a respected boutique practice focused on employment law, seeks an experienced North Carolina employment attorney for a fully remote role. Lead sophisticated matters, shape strategy for clients across the state, and mentor junior lawyers.

With 7+ years in employment litigation and counseling, you will guide cases through all phases, supervise staff, and contribute to business development. North Carolina license required; remote work available within NC.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active North Carolina law license in good standing.
• Minimum 7+ years of employment litigation and counseling experience.
• Experience handling complex employment disputes through multiple stages of litigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead employment law matters from intake through resolution, including litigation, mediation, negotiation, and settlement.
• Develop case strategy and manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Advise clients on a broad range of North Carolina and federal employment law issues.
• Supervise and mentor attorneys, paralegals, and support staff while ensuring efficient case management.
• Contribute to firm growth initiatives and support business development efforts.
