Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred.
• 5–12 years hands-on program/financial management experience.
• Secret or above clearance (US citizen).
• Remote telework and travel as required.
• Acquisition management systems (AMS) experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional Economic Analysis (FEA) to evaluate costs of alternatives.
• Provide cost estimating and financial management support across the life cycle.
• Prepare studies, plans, and analyses for delivery orders.
• Draft RFPs for future task orders and evaluate contractor proposals.
• Create SOWs, CDRLs, and attachments; manage documentation such as DD254s.
• Enter funding into Navy ERP; coordinate with IPT to allocate funds.
