Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Management Analyst to support the Patuxent River Program Office. The role focuses on budget development, execution tracking, and generating financial documents across Navy/DoD systems such as N-ERP and PBIS.

The candidate will coordinate with the Program Manager, maintain budgetary databases, and prepare briefs for mid-year and execution reviews while ensuring compliance with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, technical or business analysis.
• Two years of experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Senior level with 10+ years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Responsibilities

• Support budget development, execution tracking, and generation of financial documents using Navy/DoD data systems (N-ERP, PBIS).
• Coordinate the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and related budget activities with the Program Manager and Resource Sponsor.
• Maintain and organize databases of budgetary status using N-ERP and PBIS.
• Prepare financial briefs and presentations for mid-year and execution reviews.
• Assist IPTs in incorporating requirements into toolsets to support spend plans and budget reviews.
• Create financial charts and inputs for briefings.
• Track and route financial documents through approvals.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for IPT leads.
