Qualifications

• Experience in program management, technical or business analysis.
• Four or more years of related experience.
• Two years of Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for budget development, execution tracking and the generation and tracking of financial documents using Navy/DoD systems.
• Assist the Program Manager and Resource Sponsor with coordination of POM/PR activities, budget drills, and data formatting.
• Maintain, consolidate, and organize databases of budgetary status information from NERP and PBIS.
• Perform budget execution tracking of obligations and expenditures; update spreadsheets and briefs.
• Assist IPTs with development and incorporation of requirements into toolsets for spend plan and reviews.
• Prepare financial charts and input for briefings for mid-year and budget reviews.
• Track and monitor financial documents through routing and approval; support monthly/quarterly reports.
