Job summary

Technology Service Corporation seeks a Senior Navy Financial/Program Analyst to support NAVSEA Above Water Sensors unit in Washington, DC. The role covers all aspects of program financial planning, budget exhibits, TPS tracking, and funding responses, with possible hybrid/remote work and occasional travel to Navy facilities around the DC area.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years with DoD acquisition and financial processes, plus strong written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years relevant DoD acquisition and financial experience.
• Ability to work with government customers as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience delivering presentations to groups.
• Citizenship and eligibility for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support PPBE and POM processes.
• Generate spend plans and budget exhibits for funding across funding appropriations.
• Generate and track TPS and Direct Cite documents for program objectives.
• Prepare detailed budget justification and narrative explanations supporting funding needs.
• Interact with government personnel via MS Teams.
