Aston Carter seeks a senior GFE/GFM Financial and Acquisition Analyst to provide comprehensive financial, acquisition, and program support for Navy shipbuilding programs. The role emphasizes Navy ERP usage, POM budgeting, and analytic leadership in a hybrid on-site setting in Washington, DC.

The selected candidate will lead ~10 professionals, manage data in Excel/Access, and coordinate with NAVSEA and shipyards, with a strong focus on cost and schedule performance.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in DoD/Navy financial, acquisition, or program management roles.
• Experience in Navy financial environment and Navy Yard operations.
• Hands-on Navy ERP experience with financial execution and validation.
• Experience with POM development and budget processes.
• Ability to lead a team of 10+ professionals.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with Navy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end financial support including budget development and execution tracking.
• Analyze PARM 7300 submissions for accuracy and issues.
• Extract and interpret data from Navy ERP, Access, and Excel for reporting and reviews.
• Support PRs, MIPRs, and other funding documents to obligate resources.
• Assist with contract close-out activities and obligation validation.
• Develop acquisition documentation and milestone artifacts.
• Track GFE delivery dates and schedule updates.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead a team of ~10 professionals and coordinate with NAVSEA offices.
• Collaborate with shipyards and Warfare Center for data alignment.
