Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Program Analyst III to support a Navy contract. This hybrid role is based in Washington DC and requires on-site support 1-3 days a week. The candidate will work on major programs, conduct data-driven analyses, and communicate findings to government stakeholders.

Required qualifications include 5+ years of Navy program management and 2+ years of Navy engineering support, with active Secret clearance. Travel to client sites may be required.

• 5+ years of Navy program management experience.
• 2+ years of Navy engineering support experience.
• Ability to analyze and process engineering program documentation.
• Ability to assess and update spend plans.
• Ability to develop/document/implement new processes.
• Ability to analyze program risks and develop risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage major Navy programs and submarine-related initiatives.
• Collect, review, and analyze information to inform government recommendations.
• Define problems, analyze data, and assess performance, costs, and schedules.
• Develop solutions and prepare recommendations for the Government.
• Prepare and present findings in written reports and oral briefings.
