Artemis Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Management Analyst/Consultant to support the Navy and NAVWAR. This full-time, onsite role at the Washington Navy Yard involves delivering analytical and advisory financial management support with government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in Navy/DoD financial management, PPBE expertise, and proficiency with Navy ERP and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent federal experience.
• 7+ years Navy/DoD financial management or federal consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of PPBE processes and NAVWAR financial systems preferred.
• Ability to obtain SECRET security clearance (TS/SCI may be required).

Responsibilities

• Support PPBE and programmatic budgeting and execution efforts.
• Develop and monitor DoW budgets and annual spend plans.
• Analyze financial data, perform variance analyses, and prepare executive summaries.
• Provide advisory support to government leadership on financial and programmatic issues.
• Coordinate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
