Job summary

Artemis Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Management Analyst/Consultant to deliver financial management and accounting support to the Department of the Navy and NAVWAR. This full-time onsite role is at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC.

You will work with government stakeholders and a team of consultants to provide analytical and advisory services across budgeting, planning, and execution activities, driving informed financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years Navy/DoW financial management or federal consulting experience.
• Strong Navy/DoW experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance (TS/SCI may be required).

Responsibilities

• Input, maintain, and analyze financial data in government systems (Navy ERP, Standard Procurement System, and successor systems).
• Assist with budget formulation, cost monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Measure organizational performance and evaluate program or policy impacts on budgets.
• Research financial, economic, and regulatory developments impacting funding and execution.
• Ensure compliance with budget policies and procedures.
