Job summary

Serco is seeking a Non-Propulsion Electronics Senior Navy Project Lead to guide submarine payload systems for Virginia- and Columbia-Class programs. The role requires leadership across a diverse team and interfacing with government, shipbuilders, and industry partners.

The candidate must obtain a DoW Secret clearance and bring 8+ years in Navy programs, systems integration, and program management. Location options include Washington DC and other Navy sites; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in U.S. Navy acquisition programs.
• Experience with submarine electronics and payload systems is preferred.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, integration, test and certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate timely completion of program assignments aligned with objectives.
• Serve as Systems Integration and Test Lead overseeing integration, risk, production, QA, and testing.
• Develop processes to monitor risks, production performance, quality, and progress.
