MBC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Database Management Analyst to support the U.S. Navy program office for Surface Ship Modernization and Sustainment. This role focuses on data analytics, database administration, and security oversight.

The Senior Analyst will travel domestically and internationally, coordinate data calls, prepare briefings, and help drive improvements across the program office with a focus on accuracy and timely information sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in math, science, engineering, or related field from a US-accredited institution.
• 10+ years of experience providing database support to Navy program offices.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to obtain a DOD SECRET security clearance.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Administer, test, implement, and coordinate changes to databases.
• Plan and implement security measures to safeguard databases.
• Maintain databases within an application area and coordinate development as part of a team.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events; assist with briefing materials.
