Sigma Defense Systems seeks a Senior ATGPAC Training Requirements and Policy Analyst for our team at San Diego NB, CA. The role requires 20 years of surface navy experience, SWO/TAO qualifications, and a Secret clearance after sponsorship. Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 20 years of surface navy experience as a Naval Officer.
• Qualified Surface Warfare Officer (SWO) and Tactical Action Officer (TAO).
• 5 years of experience at a major staff or training command planning, tracking, monitoring, and conducting data analysis.
• Experience creating and presenting Flag Level briefs.
• Knowledge of SWE surface navy requirements development and resourcing for surface ship training.
• Knowledge of POM processes is preferred.
