Job summary

A defense contracting firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior ATGPAC Training Requirements and Policy Analyst in San Diego, CA. The role requires extensive Navy experience, including senior-level shipboard operations and training management. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Surface Warfare Officer, possess extensive data analysis experience, and have the capability to create Flag Level briefs. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance is necessary. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 20 years of surface navy experience, including shipboard operational experience.
• Experience at a major staff or training command with data analysis skills.
• Ability to create and present Flag Level briefs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct afloat training for surface ships.
• Develop and resource surface navy requirements.
• Possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance.
