The ideal candidate must have extensive surface navy experience, including managing afloat training and creating Flag Level briefs. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Qualifications

• 20 years of surface navy experience as a Naval Officer.
• Qualified Surface Warfare Officer and Tactical Action Officer.
• 5 years of experience at a major staff or training command.

Responsibilities

• Conducting afloat training and managing ship routine at a senior level.
• Understanding the Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual.
• Possessing knowledge of various naval training strategies.
