Kids for the Future is seeking an Operations Manager IV to lead a high-visibility Navy software modernization program. This role serves as the Contractor Program Manager, overseeing technical, operational, financial, and contractual performance with cross-functional teams across engineering, cybersecurity, and product management.

The position requires a Master's degree and 10+ years in operations or program management, with DoD program leadership experience and active security clearance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 10+ years of professional experience in operations or program management.
• Experience leading complex DoD or government programs.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and overall program management for a large-scale U.S. Navy software modernization contract.
• Serve as the primary Government liaison with NIWC Atlantic, PEO MLB, and Fleet representatives.
• Direct all technical, operational, financial, contractual, and staffing activities to ensure successful program execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams across software engineering, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps.
• Oversee Agile Release Trains (ARTs) ensuring alignment with objectives and customer priorities.
• Develop and manage integrated schedules, budgets, staffing, risk management, and performance metrics.
• Ensure contract deliverables are on schedule, within budget, and compliant with quality and cybersecurity requirements.
