Job summary

TQI Solutions is seeking a Project/Program Manager II to lead a Navy software modernization program. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, and serve as the primary technical interface with the Program Manager, ensuring alignment with objectives, schedules, and Agile practices.

This full-time exempt role is on-site in Chesapeake, VA with occasional travel to San Diego, New Orleans, and Charleston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of direct work experience in C4ISR or similar programs or projects.
• Strong experience supervising project personnel and multidisciplinary technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical manager for one or multiple Navy task orders.
• Supervise day-to-day project operations and coordinate technical activities.
• Lead and direct multidisciplinary teams across software development, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
• Interface with the Program Manager on technical, operational, schedule, staffing, and project execution matters.
• Lead Agile practices across planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and manage project schedules, staffing, risks, and performance metrics.
• Prepare project status reports and technical updates for reviews.
