Job summary

Ultra Maritime seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to support the Program Management team within Ultra Seaborne Sensors and Systems. This role prefers onsite but can be hybrid or remote supporting Central/East Coast time zones.

You will organize and maintain IMS, develop WBS, and load resources to create PMB with ongoing EV updates. The candidate will analyze schedule health, coordinate with multiple teams, and serve as SME for schedule management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 5+ years of schedule management experience for product development or manufacturing.
• Experience scheduling large Navy Programs.
• Experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Project Server.
• 3+ years resource loading IMS.
• PMI-SP Certification (desired).
• Deltek EV Tool Suite Cobra experience (desired).

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in organizing and facilitating Program planning activities.
• Assist program managers in developing and maintaining Program Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Organize, design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Programs and report on program status.
• Resource load IMS to create Program Measurement Baseline (PMB) and conduct status updates.
• Perform analysis of the IMS including schedule variance, critical path, and what-if scenarios.
• Monitor schedule performance with weekly and monthly variance reports.
• Coordinate with program teams and stakeholders to review inputs and address gaps.
• Act as the program's schedule management SME and address schedule items.
• Identify and communicate schedule dependencies, risks and impacts.
• Support program risk management and governance processes.
• Develop IMS views and reports as requested.
• Support internal and customer-facing program reviews.
