Job summary

Ultra Maritime seeks an Sr. Program Scheduler to support the Program Management team within Ultra Seaborne Sensors and Systems. Onsite preferred, with possible hybrid or remote support for Central/East Coast time zones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in schedule management for product development or manufacturing, with experience in large Navy programs and aerospace/defense context. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 5+ years of schedule management experience for product development or manufacturing.
• Experience scheduling large Navy Programs.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers in organizing and facilitating Program planning activities.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Programs and report on program status.
• Resource load IMS to create PMB, conduct EV updates and ETC estimates in MS Project.
• Identify schedule dependencies, risks, and impact; communicate with program team.
