Job summary

Noblis MSD seeks a Senior Operations Analyst to coordinate Navy Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC) program oversight and ship maintenance in the Indo-Pacific, engaging with PAE IO, NAVSEA 21, and foreign ports. The role requires strong briefing skills and travel readiness to support multi-port operations.

You will prepare weekly and monthly briefs, deliver performance reports to senior officials, and help develop policy and processes to strengthen CNRMC and NSA responsibilities across domestic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate/HS diploma with 14+ Navy years of experience.
• Active SECRET clearance; US citizenship required.
• Ability to travel 3-5 times to OCONUS Pacific ports and 2-3 trips to DC annually.
• Experience briefing Senior Military Officers and Government Executives.
• Strong MS Office skills with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SRF-JRMC, Pacific private shipyard operations and apply best practices.
• Report Navy availability performance to stakeholders.
• Support ABR/MSRA certifications for private ship repair activities in the Indo-Pacific.
• Assist MOAs between the Navy and Foreign Maintenance Activities.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and staffs across branches.
• Prepare weekly/monthly briefs and related reports; provide data insights.
• Build relations with shipyards, repair facilities, and vendors in foreign ports.
• Develop policy/process support for CNRMC and NSA roles.
