Job summary

Engineering Services Network, Inc. (ESN) seeks a Principal Analyst to support COMNAVAIRLANT with maintenance coordination for CVN programs across deployment cycles, including at-sea periods.

The role requires deep Combat Systems knowledge and the ability to liaise with NAVSEA, NAVAIR, and shipyards. The ideal candidate has afloat CVN experience and a strong background in project management for military systems, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree recommended; former E-7 or above preferred.
• Experience afloat in CVN Combat System suites.
• Understanding of Navy modernization processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance planning and logistics for CVN across deployment cycles.
• Attend Combat Systems Conferences and Shipyard Team meetings.
• Assist with redlining CSID and status reporting.
• Travel and get underway on CVN for at-sea periods.
