Prevailance, Inc. in San Diego seeks an ORCA Analyst to support CNSP Readiness Assistance Training Team, evaluating shipboard maintenance and repair capability to ensure ships can repair while underway or deployed.

The role involves assessing equipment, tooling, personnel, and training gaps, applying Navy maintenance processes to readiness analyses, root-cause reviews, and configuration updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in analyses, information system operations, and implementation of related technical projects.
• Navy maintenance or training staff experience (ISIC/TYCOM/ATG).
• In-depth knowledge of Navy ship depot-level maintenance processes.
• In-depth knowledge of surface ship maintenance processes and their underlying principles.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a ship's organic repair capability and self-sufficiency to help ensure repairs can be conducted underway or deployed.
• Support assessments of shipboard maintenance and repair capabilities and identify equipment, tooling, personnel, and training shortfalls.
• Apply Navy maintenance processes to support readiness assessments, root cause analysis, and configuration reviews.
