Naval Systems, Inc. (NSI) is seeking a Journeyman Naval Aviation Maintenance Level Reform Program Manager in Norfolk, VA. The role leads the I-Level Reform Initiative within the CNAL N41/CDM division and manages SMEs, analysts, and regional optimization staff to align with Navy priorities.

The position requires 15+ years in naval aviation maintenance and logistics, a Secret clearance, and strong capabilities in program management and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, logistics, or related field required.
• Master's degree in related field highly preferred.
• Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 15+ years in naval aviation maintenance and logistics management, with senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the I-Level Reform Initiative across the Naval Aviation Enterprise.
• Manage a team of SMEs, analysis specialists, and regional optimization specialists.
• Oversee program implementation, budget, and resource allocation.
• Develop performance metrics and report progress to senior Navy leadership.
• Ensure alignment with strategic goals and policy compliance.
• Engage stakeholders, develop policy, oversee contracts, and evaluate performance.
• Extensive travel and ability to manage enterprise-wide change initiatives.
