Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. seeks a Journeyman Maintenance Level Reform SME Lead to drive cost reduction and optimize material demand across the Naval Aviation Enterprise.

You will supervise a geographically dispersed team of regional SMEs, shaping repair capabilities and providing strategic direction for I-Level reform. The role requires expert naval aviation maintenance knowledge, strong leadership, and active participation in leadership forums.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in naval aviation maintenance and supply.
• 7+ years at the Intermediate Maintenance Level or equivalent management role.
• Experience with repair capability decisions, ICRL, and process improvement.
• Leadership of geographically dispersed teams.
• Active Secret Clearance; U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a geographically dispersed team of regional SMEs.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and optimize material demand.
• Develop initiatives to enhance repair capabilities and guide I-Level reform.
• Analyze maintenance data, validate repair codes, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Coordinate with supply and engineering stakeholders; participate in senior leadership forums.
