Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. seeks an I-Level Reform Subject Matter Expert (SME) to optimize maintenance capabilities and reduce NMCS/PMCS at an East Coast Fleet Readiness Center in Jacksonville, FL.

The role acts as CNAL N41/CDM's onsite representative, aligning repair execution with demand planning across work centers, Production Control, and suppliers. The SME will lead ICRL validation, BCM processing, and standardization across regional FRCs, providing daily input for production meetings and

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years naval aviation maintenance experience.
• 5 years at I-Level; repair capability decisions and ICRL management.
• Experience in BCM processing and production-control coordination.
• Knowledge of multi-work-center repair processes and directives.

Responsibilities

• BCM interdiction and ICRL validation.
• Repair-capability assessments and equipment-readiness reviews.
• Provide daily production-meeting input and prioritization for components.
• Engage with work centers, Production Control, Supply, and squadrons for improvements.
• Produce logs, weekly assessments, and monthly capability roadmaps.
